SkilDev is a software house specializing in the design and development of modern, cloud-based and hybrid enterprise software solutions for logistics, supply chain, and business operations.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Egyptian law to use the Services.
Specific features, pricing, service levels, and obligations may be governed by separate agreements, proposals, or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
Certain Services may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
For customer-managed environments, SkilDev shall not be responsible for infrastructure, security, or availability issues unless expressly agreed in writing.
All SkilDev solutions are built using an API-first architecture.
All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including software, source code, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and branding, are the exclusive property of SkilDev or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by separate commercial agreements or proposals. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed in connection with the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
You retain ownership of all data processed using the Services.
SkilDev processes data only as necessary to provide the Services and in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Egyptian data protection laws.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise specified in an SLA.
SkilDev does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or updates as required.
To the maximum extent permitted under Egyptian law:
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
SkilDev may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the Services shall immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
SkilDev may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
